We had a total roof replacement and couldn’t be more pleased with John Galvan and his entire team. John was very professional and easy to work with. He answered all questions quickly, ensuring we knew what to expect throughout the process. John gave us a reasonably priced estimate after 5pm and had his crew there before 7am the next day. The roof was completed before 5pm! We had a very small issue with a clogged gutter a few days later and he and a couple guys came to resolve it the same day I called. John has exceptional customer service skills and delivers high quality work. The crew was hardworking and respectful of our property. Cats had torn a hole in our roof and were invading our attic space. Called Roof Repair Services and received exceptional response. Within 2 hours they were at my house. The tech accessed the damage & explained the repair plan. I agreed and the work began. Within a couple of hours the repair was complete. Looks great. Very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on fixing a leak that was hard to find the source of. They removed shingles and rotted decking and replaced them with new shingles and decking that had a waterproof barrier. It was raining part of the time they were here, but that did not stop them from working. They arrived shortly after I called and worked quickly and efficiently.
