We had a total roof replacement and couldn’t be more pleased with John Galvan and his entire team. John was very professional and easy to work with. He answered all questions quickly, ensuring we knew what to expect throughout the process. John gave us a reasonably priced estimate after 5pm and had his crew there before 7am the next day. The roof was completed before 5pm! We had a very small issue with a clogged gutter a few days later and he and a couple guys came to resolve it the same day I called. John has exceptional customer service skills and delivers high quality work. The crew was hardworking and respectful of our property. After a recent storm, I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling and reached out to Roof Repair Services LLC. They responded incredibly quickly, sending someone out for a free inspection the same day. Not only did they confirm the source of the leak, but they also identified other serious issues I hadn’t noticed—like rotting decking, exposed and rusted nails, and several missing shingles. They were transparent and flexible with pricing, which I really appreciated, and they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Best of all, they completed all of the repairs that same day, just ahead of another storm that could’ve caused even more damage. Their fast, professional service gave me real peace of mind. I'm not sure I've ever had this good of service anywhere. I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling and immediately called another roofing company. They never called back and didn’t show up to the appointment. I then called Roof Repair Services—someone answered immediately, and they showed up at my house just 3 hours later. Jorge Uvalle rang my doorbell, and within 3 minutes, guys were on my roof and Jorge was in my attic. He clearly pointed out the hole in my roof where you could see sunlight coming through. After assessing the entire roof, they showed me photos of every single spot that needed to be fixed. The price was so good I didn’t even negotiate. They ended up doing the entire job on the spot and were finished in 90 minutes. I can’t explain how uncommon this is. If I could give 6 stars, I would. They came out for a free estimate and were very thorough and straight forward about the extent of my roof damage. Jorge was very honest and didn't try to push more than what i needed but have me done recommendations. I ended up replacing instead of just repairing. Cats had torn a hole in our roof and were invading our attic space. Called Roof Repair Services and received exceptional response. Within 2 hours they were at my house. The tech accessed the damage & explained the repair plan. I agreed and the work began. Within a couple of hours the repair was complete. Looks great. Very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on fixing a leak that was hard to find the source of. They removed shingles and rotted decking and replaced them with new shingles and decking that had a waterproof barrier. It was raining part of the time they were here, but that did not stop them from working. They arrived shortly after I called and worked quickly and efficiently. I called when I noticed a leak in the ceiling. Edgar came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. While in the attic, they also found another leak that had just started. Roof Repair Services did an excellent job on my roof. The technician were professional and very detailed in the job they did I have a much better roof than I had at first.
